Let’s talk about gratitude again — and why life might feel like pure chaos right now.
Living in the Golden Age of Problems
Recently, many of my friends and family have found themselves face-to-face with profound life challenges. Old patterns, long-standing conflicts, deep issues — they’ve all been rising to the surface. I’m in a unique position where people open up to me about these things. Last Friday, I spent eight hours on the phone with four different people. One more waited until Saturday, and by Sunday I witnessed fifty years of pent-up emotion being released — so beautifully that all I could do was silently thank the Heavens for letting me be there.
Why Call It a Golden Age of Problems?
How can problems possibly be golden? Because when those old wounds resurface for the hundredth time, there’s something different this time: a chance for real change. You’ve met these same triggers again and again, wrestled with them on your own countless times. But now you’re invited to face them with a new attitude.
“Hey, problem. I’ve danced with you enough times — I’m done being triggered. Let’s talk.”
I’ve been sharing my own struggles with everyone who has called me with theirs — because I want each of them to know they are not alone in this. In fact, I’ve mentioned to many how widespread this is right now. Just as I’m sharing it here with you.
Perspective Is the Key to Freedom
Every one of these situations began to soften and resolve once people remembered this simple truth: your heart already holds the answers. Look honestly at your own part in it. See what it’s trying to teach you. We can’t control the world around us. As Lisa Alexandra once said: you don’t try to change the mirror, you change what it reflects — yourself. All our problems are reflections. Our life reflects our soul. Everything around us is a stage we’ve built — for our liberation, for our growth. Every situation is a gift. We are surrounded by Heavenly gifts.
The Greater the Challenge, the Greater the Gift
Trust that. When you face this challenge and receive it as a gift, a new chapter begins in your life. The burden lifts, and one day this moment will be just a faint memory. I speak to the Heavens daily — often many times a day, as my emotions rise and fall too. And even though I live on what I call a Heavenly frequency, witnessing daily miracles, I am still — every single time — humbled and deeply grateful for every chain of events I am part of.
The Key to It All
Everything begins within you. Within that blossoming essence that you are. The keys are already in your heart. Whatever is happening around you, the gratitude and love you carry are your superpowers. So bloom, my dear. Take the seconds and minutes you need, even in the storm. Gather yourself, breathe, and whisper inside: “Thank you. I love you.”
🌿 Bloom 🌺
P.S. I love you 💖
